It easily installs from the ceiling with included angle brackets. Unit has power exhaust which allows for both vertical or horizontal venting. Unit is thermostatically controlled and includes a spark ignition system with self diagnostic control module. This CSA certified heater will heat up to 1,000 square feet and comes with a three year limited warranty on the parts and the burner and a ten year warranty on the heat exchanger.
