Warranty Information Dayva International Warranties it’s market umbrellas to be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects for a period of 1 year. Dayva’s market umbrella warranty does not cover damage to the umbrella frame created by abuse, misuse, wind, accident or modifications. Dayva’s warranty specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage to property. Ripped, broken or damaged parts must be reported to Dayva within 72 hours of original shipment date. Dayva International, subject to inspection, reserves the right to repair or replace the product. Dayva’s warranty on the umbrella fabric is dependant on the type of umbrella purchased. 1 year for Olefin fabrics and 3 years for Sunbrella fabrics. Replacement parts are available on all of Dayva’s umbrellas.
