I purchase this product from Air & Water, only use a few times within two month and the heater is already broken. According to Air & Water review, their products are from the best qualities but if you ask me, the quality on this product is worse than cheap quality product and it’s over price. It doesn’t last. This is the worse product I ever purchase and it was a gift. I request a return from Air & Water, and suprisingly they do not supply you with the return label. You have to pay for it plus the shipping charge of $6.95 on the replacement. Base on the shipping rate on Amazon, 3-5 days shipping only cost $1.99 but they charge you $6.95. I don’t think I would be buying this product or buying from Air & Water anymore. They have false advertisement on their product.

I have a small room with a low ceiling in my old farm house. The room is about ten feet wide and twenty five feet long. There is no other heat source but this one. This heater is a perfect fit for this drafty room. It warms the room up very nicely. I am satisified with the product and would buy another if needed.

My girl friend just brought this product 2 month a ago and works great.
The only problem we had was its broken now, it take 2 month for this product to break. We only used this heater no more then 3 times a week. I think this product is over price and if you all thinking this would worth this much of money… I don’t think so.
Warranties was such a crop… They want you to pay all the shipping cost back and forward that would cost a lot of moneys.

NewAir AH-320E Electric Reflective Space Heater With Built-In Air Purifier and Remote
I purchased this heater based on it’s cool looks (like the old-time oscillating fan, but with high-tech stylig), and the advertisement that it only consumed 400 Watts of electricity. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars was the fact that I need to run the heater on its high setting, which is the 800-Watt consumption setting instead of the 400-Watt (low) setting. My bedroom has 12-foot ceilings, which accounts for the need for the high setting, but I was still disappointed in having to use more current than I thought.
I would recommend the unit to anyone with a ‘normal-sized’ room, however. The heat can be felt immediately when the unit is turned on, but I only use it to take the chill off the room because I’d have to leave it on for quite a while to fully heat the room.
It’s looks and quiet performance are cool. The other features are as advertised – adjustable height, automatic timer, remote control, oscillation, and air purifier. The unit is a great buy for the money.

I love this heater, it really helps us save on our heat bills. We can easily heat one area and control the level of heat we want from the remote. The oscillator also comes in handy.
