I just bought this heater for my office cubicle and I love it! This is a great product for not alot of money. So far I’ve noticed these pros and cons:
Pros:
* Energy saver – which is a nice way to help the environment.
* The temperature settings are nice, because it automatically turns off when it gets to the desired temp, instead of having to manualy turn it off! You can also turn it on to the high heat setting and it doesn’t turn off automatically (but it no longer saves energy).
* The oscillation feature is really nice, so that it isnt just blowing on the same spot on my feet all day! You can also turn the oscillation off if you want to.
* Its not very loud… just a little white noise which doesn’t bother me.
* lightweight
Cons:
The cord is very short, but it works for my cubicle since I have outlets right under my desk.

I had bought this heater for a friend of mines that lives out in the desert. Thats the only means of heating they have. They use it to heat the bedroom that is about 13X16 ft and they were very happy with the results. They needed a heater that was compact and to where it would not be easily tipped over by animals.

This heater lacks a fan only feature. I don’t understand why they would leave such a simple feature out. I’d want to use this as just a fan in the summer, but with this unit, the heating element is always on. You can set the temperature, but in 5 degree increments. Chances are you’ll want a setting in between these.

I put this Heater on my computer desk and its about 6 inches from me. At its highest heat level it pumps out hardly any heat and I’m totally disappointed with the product. For the price it was a total waste of money. Another issue is that the cord is so short that it limits where you can put it. I had thought about putting it on the floor to warm my feet but you’d have to use an extenstion cord (which the product literature does not recommend) to be able to plug it in.
I am truly disappointed in this product and would not recommend it to anyone.

My office is always very cold in the winter. The heat is never regulated properly and being on a basement level makes it worse. So I bought this heater hoping it would help take the chill out of the room and it did that and more. It really made the room warm and toasty, even to the point where I had to turn down the heat. But the smart energy control does help regulate the temps very well and it is also quiet enough that it doesnt bother my patients. It is also very lightweight so easy to transport back and forth
