We chose this model because it seemed an energy-efficient alternative to our previous Holmes spaceheater, which had worn out after several years of use. The one really good aspect of this heater is that it seems very safe -- the moment it is tilted or put against a surface, it stops. However, it does not generate a lot of heat, even on the higher setting. We have a very small bathroom, yet even after running the heater for 30+ minutes, the room is still not what I would consider really warm (admittedly, I'm a person who is easily chilled.) We bought this in November and used it daily, but I was never completely happy with it, and now the heating element is starting to give out and the heater is generating even less warmth. We're definitely shopping around for something with a little more heating power.

This fan warms perfectly and quietly. If you close the door of your office, it gets down right cozy. And no worries about leaving it on when you go home because of the timer. ... The heat is gentle so you don't feel like you've been at a blow dryer. I would even use this in a child's room at home because it is so safe. I recommend it 100%.

I bought this fan to put under my desk because my office is freezing in the winter! It never gets too hot, it's quiet and after it's been on for 10 or 20 minutes, the whole room feels warm. My office is pretty small. I've used the heater fan in my living room and found it isn't as efficient in large rooms.

I will give this gift 10 thumbs up if I could. it heats up a room incredibly. I use it in the bed room had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off. Currently I use the energy saver once I leave the house to keep the living room at a nice temperature. best investment I ever made.

came on time, works well, stops immediately if tipped over or tilted. Could use a bit more heat though.
