I just bought this a few days ago and i love it!! it warms up my entire 4 room apartment to a stable 65 degrees (running on high) my question is approx. how much a month does it cost to run this heater say 7 hours a day? anyone have any idea? Thanks

This is an OEM/China product being marketed by different outfits under different brand names. Mine had a name of charming glow bought from the store which has depot in its name. Worked for just over a year -just past the warranty. Now the light has gone out which I found to be a set of LEDs in the unit. The transformer supplying power to these LEDs has gone out. Called the ‘customer support’ number listed on the product. Am told that there are no replacement parts for the product, need to go my local electrician. Luckily the transfomer has a label on it showing that it has an output of 13VAC 650mA, so until I can find a matching replacement transformer, I have an expensive 750/1500 watt heater.

I received this item cracked down the side and the shipping box was in tact so I’m inclined to believe it was shipped this way. Ace Hardware was difficult to reach, had to make several attempts just to get contact and several actual contacts to get the return set up.
At the time, it was returned, I requested full refund as I had no confidence that a 2nd item would receive good service.

JUST FANTASTIC ALL THE WAY. WHAT A GREAT PRICE AND A BEAUTIFUL ELECTRIC HEATER!! A TAD SMALLER THAN EXPECTED BUT BOY DOES IT DO ITS JOB! I HAVE A PRETTY GOOD SIZED LIVING ROOM AND IT HEATS THAT FANTASTICLY AND THEN SOME IN MY DINING ROOM! AND I HAVE AN OLDER HOME SO ITS PRETTY DRAFTY—MY HEATING BILL IS SURE TO SHRINK! THANKS SO SO SO MUCH AND WILL PROBABLY GET ANOTHER FOR MY MOM!!

The reviewers who rave about this stove–find out how long they’ve had it. I raved too, until my first one broke, after the second month. I’ve since had two more and they broke too. It’s been about 6 months since this started. That’s a short time to go thru 3 stoves.
The first one had faulty wiring (the plug would get so hot the plastic started to melt) which I caught before anything disastrous happened. The second one just quit after a month. The third one started sparking and shooting flame out the bottom. I was lucky I was home and had an extinguisher handy. All this and the winter season isn’t over yet. This will be my last return. I can’t take a chance on my loved ones being hurt by this thing’s poor build quality.
